How do I get random women to stop hitting on me?

To be honest I haven't found a woman that I'm ready to settle down with and I am not looking for a 1 night stand as these women are trying to coax me into. As a gentleman I have a hard time saying no as I know it will hurt there feelings, so what's the best course I can take to nicely turn them down?
