I think i have a cure to HIV/AIDS maybe Experience people answer?

ok well i have two things that may work. #1 is to enhance the tail they take, like put almost every vitamin together mixed in one pill so that's vitamin A B C D E & all others. My next idea is chemotherapy if it kills cancer why couldn't it kill HIV now i am no doctor & i am not trying to sound stupid ....so doctors people who study HIV comment
