Do you have to qualify to get lipo suction? do you have to pay up front or can you be billed later?

I want to do it, im tired of being over weight. even dieting and exercising i wont lose weight i think due to my seroquel. With liposuction do you hhave to pay up front? can you do payments? does insurance help?
