Does this sound like a good game plan to get this surgery done?

I'm a 30 yr old female. Since January I've had bad lower abdominal pain. In the ovary area. They've found several small cysts. Pain is getting worse again. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance with a $2500 deductible. My doc wants to do a hysterectomy. I'm ready for it because we are moving out of state in 3 weeks. I have family here to help with my kids before we leave. Got a call the other day telling me that i have to pay my deductible up front before they will do the surgery. I don't have that money. I'm in a lot of pain and when I move, I have no help. Should I go through ER for abdominal pain. Treat it like it could be appendicitis so maybe they'll admit me for surgery? Maybe then they'll remove the cysts without me paying the deductible up front. Do you think that would work? Any advice on how or what to tell the doc? I'm desparate and in lots of pain.
