Don't people with "paranormal" abilities get electricity in their brain altered?

Don't people with "paranormal" abilities get electricity in their brain altered? As we know, neurons in the brain are the cause for "thought" and movement of muscles. Anyone who believes that they have "paranormal" abilities would have to also believe that the electricity would have to be modified by something supernatural. So would your ouija board "spirits" be able to modify charged particles in a certain way to make a person move a muscle or communicate information?
