I want a mid-length, light blonde, layered hairstyle with a blunt fringe (bangs). Pictures?

I actually cannot find a picture of this. My hair right now is champagne blonde, long, but severely damaged. I'm looking to cut some of the dead-ness off and have a sier 'do. Haha. Okay so anyways I need a picture for my stylist so he doesn't eff it up. It's verrrry important!
