Car acting like it is out of gas, chugging?

I have a 1994 Ford Taurus 3.0L, when i press on the gas, it acts like it is running out of gas/chugging. I can hear it struggling when my windows are open as well, from the exhaust. Idk if that helps. /shrug. I had the spark plugs and wires changes, fuel filter as well, What else can i do or change to make this stop?
