I’m 18 years old, been shaving for a while now, but recently I’ve been having trouble with it. I don’t have a lot of beard (genetics, I’m afraid) I have no trouble with my sideburns/cheeks but my moustache is giving me hell. I get severe razor burn and razor bumps and I end up cutting myself each time I shave, and because of that, I don’t shave as hard, so I don’t get a clean shave. Windows Server 2003 and 3 NIC's?

I have a Windows Server 2003 that is my company VPN server. Two NIC cards, one for our private company network and one for the public side...works great. Here's my question: I have a network storage drive (Iomega) that I dont want my users to have access to, so instead of hanging it on the company network I was thinking I could install a third NIC, make a crossover cable, and tada everything would be right with the world. When I installed my third NIC, my machine was taking forrrrrever to boot because it was trying to use that NIC to access the domain. It would eventually boot, but it had issues. I disable the NIC, and all would work again. OK, so actually this is my question: How can I isolate that third NIC so my machine will not try to boot with it but I can still use it for my Iomega network drive? The Iomega has an IP, so the NIC would have to have an IP to communicate with it. Any ideas?

Yeah i got the red ring of death(and it burns burns burns) once before and i had to get the system fixed now i dont use it as much as i use to because i don't want it breaking down on me.I would suggest go with the PS3 Slim one for now because i read that it cuts down on your Electric Bill.It uses even less juice than the old PS3 Models.I wish it would have been released a year ago when i bought mine lmao.Both systems are nice to have in the long run though because both systems have their own exculsive games like 360 has Dead Rising which i loved every min of it. Hello, my contractor mortared our flagstone firepit 48 hours ago and the mortar color is really dark (dark dark grey, close to black). It's been 48 hours and the color has not lightened up much. It's a STARK contrast to our light gold/silver flagstones. How do I heal a sore in the mouth?

I recently went to the dentist and now have a sore on my gums/cheek direcetly underneath the teeth that I had work done on. I'm not sure if this is just coincidence and has something to do with when they worked on me. It's quite painful but I'm not sure if it's a canker sore or like I said something they accidently did. I don't know if I should go back to the dentist's office and ask or go my my medical doctor. Or just leave it. I just want to heal it and be done with it. Electric Hair clipper problem?

Good question. I believe our education system is going down the drain. Teaching really starts at home, but so many parents are so "submissive" to their careers, their kids are sometimes not the focus. As society progresses in the corporate world, people become more chained to their desks at work creating a more submissive environment overall. The curriculum is not crap, I just think students lack motivation and inspiration. Teaching is left up to teachers to make learning fun and effective, while parents are suppose to encourage and motivate their kids to learn something opposed to telling them they are supposed to go to school just to go. I am starting to work with younger people, and the lack of education is pretty evident. When I was in school, I was challenged to think critically, and question anyone without being reprimanded. Colleges and universities tend to encourage people to be outspoken, to debate, and to make a valid point. Back to your original question...I don't think education is intended to make people submissive. I just believe there are not enough leaders out there to inspire, to think outside the norm, and to encourage anymore.

I dreamed of pennies,antique books,biblical debates...what does it mean?

From what I remember from my dream. I was fighting off some guy who was on top of my house. Then eventually I went to this place where they had a bunch of cheap clothing & I was picking them out. I think Vanessa (my girlfriend) was criticizing or suggesting my selection not sure about what but not in a rude way. Inside the same place there was antiques and there were old tables and cabinet sets that contained old books and items. Mainly old books. I kept looking and found they also had more pants for guys. I accidentally picked out the wrong pants and saw they were girl pants so I put them back. Eventually I was walking with my dad in a neighborhood environment and we came across this persons front yard who has mounds of dirt that were already grown over with gr, and so it had a miniature mountain effects. However the tops of these mountains were covered in billions of pennies. My dad stated they did it in order for it to look like the Himalayas. The tops of the mounds were capped with pennies. I crawled up one and looked at a few pennies thinking they were brand new, I found out they al weren’t when I saw 1943. Eventually I saw that some mounds of pennies were melted to a layer of copper. I walked up one mound and began to walk on all fours and forming my hand in the shape of dinosaur feet in order to make tracks in the freshly heated copper. I was looking at my tracks through the copper and eventually the whole mound with its copper began to turn to magma. I was afraid of being burned but it wasn’t hurting me. It was a huge glob that started to cover me. While this was going on I heard some guy in the yard arguing about a biblical well. He was trying to say the well wasn’t authentic because it was recently carved after the lava had cooled. I protested and said that clearly the well was authentic because the well was obviously carved before the lava had come and I felt justified and the argument ceased.

We are not going to move until November but I will be doing all the packing myself so I would like to get started. The problem is that I don't know where to start! Bad babysitting situation with a 15 month old- what could we have done differently?

I was asked to babysit for a 15 month old at a friends house while the parents attended a wedding next door. They decided to have me play with their child for 2 hours before bedtime. They wanted the child to have the run of the house...steps and all. They told me I would have to help her with the steps as she had no idea how to maneuver them (of course) but that she loves to play on them. When they left, I found myself running after the child the whole time as she traversed the house, and I decided to try to keep her off the steps as it was too dangerous. I tried to interest her with food left by her parents for her to eat, toys, and little games, etc etc. It was difficult. However, after she realized her parents were gone, then the trouble really began. Crying, tantrums, the whole bit. And when I tried to block her from stairs or anything I felt was dangerous, she got even more agitated and ran to the other stairs. There were four dogs in the house too, and one of them got freaked out by all this and barked at her which was extremely unnerving. I tried everything to soothe her but to no avail. Finally the grandmother came over and brought her to the wedding. I felt really bad! Later, at 8:30 the parents had a hard time getting her to sleep, it took 45 minutes.Then she woke up again while the parents were at the wedding and the whole drama took place for a second time. I wondered if it would have been better to have her in just a room with me, so that she could play easily and we would not have to deal with stairs or doors. Also I wonder if maybe the parents could have skipped her nap earlier so that she would have slept better. What would have been the best setup for her and I so that this wouldn't have been quite so bad? I certainly understand how she must have felt, with a stranger and in a strange house, but I wonder if there was more we could have done to facilitate her comfort...thanks. I feel really bad about this!

However, your sugeon will have the best idea of what is the proper treatment for you as they can clinically evaluate your knee and activity level. Rehabilitation is crucial whether you have surgery or not. Rehab will help restore your range of motion in the knee as well as strength and help restore your stability. If you select to have surgery, pre-surgical therapy can help reduce complications post-surgery. The worry with not having surgery is an increased risk for osteoarthritis later in life due to the increased mobility in the knee joint. However, studies have shown and increased risk with ACL recontrsuction which you have already had. Either way, rehabilitation with an athletic trainer or physical therapist is your first and best treatment as well as consultation with an orthopaedic sugreon. Good luck.

Had I know of the problem before it happened to me I might have updated the plugs or more likely not bought the truck at all. All of my work was done by Ford. Mostly at the same dealer. The head was done in Michigan because that is where I was at the time it blew. But besides that my dealer has done over $6000 in repairs in the last 14 months. We all fall....I've fallen at the end of programs....on the very last beat of music...plop! like a big ol' clown! Remember -- it's all about the recovery. When you get into competitions, the skaters who do better are the ones who fall and pull it together again. The ones who don't do so hot are the ones who fall and then let it bug them....the whole rest of the performance falls apart. It sounds like you did the best thing possible -- get up, get right back into it and dazzle them with your smile. It's one of those things where you have to learn to laugh at yourself and chalk it up to experience. It won't be the first time and probably not the last time. Doctor says I don't have stress fracture, but my shins pain won't go away?

About half a year ago, I had a precursor to a stress fracture, but I rested for a while and it healed. I started running again, and began too quickly so I started getting the same shin pain again. I stopped running and got a nuclear bone scan, but the doctor says that my bones have actually healed better since my last injury. So if I don't have a stress fracture, how do I still get such pains in my shins when I start running or even when I climb up stairs? Did the bone just heal badly, because the doctor saw no abnormalities there. What can it be?!!

Varnish will not stick to a laminate floor. I have been finishing wood cabinets and furniture for 24+ years , and I know a little bit about finishes. Your first line of defense is to state in the lease agreement that, " Dry dust mopping or "Swiffering" only on laminate floors areas". Also state the reasons for this stipulation. I have installed several laminate floors . They "snap" together with a tongue and groove style joint and are not meant to be glued. You can however use glue in the joints. I would recommend Titebond lll wood glue. It has a long open working time and its waterproof. When you install the flooring put glue on the top edge of the "tongue" and put the pieces together, letting small amount of glue squeeze out. Have a damp, not dripping wet, rag handy and wipe away the excess glue. If a small even bead of glue squeezes out along the entire length of the seam , that is desirable. That way you know that there is adhesive along the entire "raw" edge of the flooring. Laminate floors "float" on existing floors so,if you ever need to remove it (although they last a long time) it shouldnt be too much trouble.

If not plantars faciitis what could it be?

I have intense pain in Left heel. NOT convinced is Plantar fascitis as I am very flexible - no pain on doing recommended stretches. Pain when standing or pressing on heel. Also, includes interior side of heel, not just bottom of foot. Had a cortisone injection and now feels worse! (Had been very gradually improving). My symptoms don't seem to coincide with "plantar fascitis" cannot figure out what else it might be.

the is possible but not very reliable at 16 weeks. also the kidneys dont function to make all of the amniotic fluid until 20 weeks. before then, you help contribute to it. my first baby had potters syndrome and didnt have any kidneys. the dr couldnt verify that this babys were working until 20 weeks. everything is more accurate at 20. and once you start your second trimester they say not to lay on your back for very long. i sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs and one under my stomach.

I started the same day as this other employee, so naturally we turned to each other since we were both new and didn't know people. Now, after a year of going to lunch everyday our employers think we are one. Although we have different work ethics and morals and she's a drama queen. So because I'm more quiet they just call me by her name also since we're lumped into one. So, we've had these two very rude miserable coworkers that bully around the whole group, particularly picking on us. The management doesn't see how much the workplace bullying is going on, so figure we're the one's attacking the bully's. Pleurisy can result in a crunching noise while moving because the membrane rubs against the chest wall instead of gliding smoothly. You need to go to a doctor and get this checked out and treated.

I put $3000 down on a car on a saturday, tol them I'd be in on mon. to pick up car, but car salesman got in late, so we mutually rescheduled to meet wedn. I used to be able to click on a show and get a synopsis of the episode along with future airings. Now, about 75% of the shows do not have a clickable link. It was nice before because you could see all the shows with just two down scrolls and you could click on any show for a synopsis. Two ectopic pregnancy. Will I be able to successfully conceive and have a healthy baby?

I had two ectopic pregnancies, more specifically tubal. On my second pregnancy, I lost my right tube. My experience was the worst case scenario before death. I had cold sweats, I vomited and soiled myself and was constantly bleeding. I had no idea what was going on. I just thought it was a really bad case of gas. I was lightheaded and my heart was racing. I felt a sharp and stabbing pain in the abdominal area especially to my right side. I felt like I was losing my sight. I was taken to the hospital and the OB-GYN performed the surgery. I lost a little over 3 pints of blood so needed a blood transfusion. I found out I was about 3-4 months ago and because I was bleeding internally for so long, my other tube may have sustained some damage. Now I am very concern that I may never be able to successfully have children. If I was a bit older, like in my mid thirties, I wouldn't worry so much. But I'm only 24. What are chacnces of being able to conceive and successfully have a baby?

First off, depending on how old the "old ones" are, your mouth configuation has changed with age so new molds (IMPRESSIONS) will have to be made---you will more then likely have to start from scratch----I had 2 sets of lower dentures made and I have 6 titanium IMPLANTS and a complete set of "screw in teeth" on top...I'll take the IMPLANTS over dentures ANY DAY......but each implant is $2000 (x 6 = $12,000 ) then I had BONE GRAFTING SURGERY before THAT---and the implants FELL OUT and I had 6 LONGER ones put in--again at $2000 per implant----and then a set of upper teeth that are screwed to the implants... inside the new teeth is a band of SOLID GOLD and a band of PLATINUM, which makes the cost for the upper teeth (just the TEETH) $8,000. so it's a VERY expensive proposition... but well worth it... especially since my insurance paid for the implants because I had a MEDICAL PROBLEM that caused me to have to have the bone grafting and implants in the first place.....Lucky me huh?

My daughter just was not ready. I didn't want to force it since I knew it would just be a power struggle. I waited until we were both off for the summer (I teach). We had potty boot camp. Panties only. Even at night. I knew I would be washing sheets each morning, which I didn't mind since I was off work. It didn't take her long, only a couple days. The poop thing took longer and I had to make sure I gave her 100% Juice to make sure she could go easily. But now she is doing great! She was 3 1/2, actually a tad older, but it was her time and she was ready. It will happen when it is time. But I do think being able to devote all day to it helps. A week off from work, Christmas break, summer break, a long weekend. Stay home all day and near a potty. I kept her in panties and a tshirt for easy potty use.

Pontiac grand prix cut off issue?

Well guys my girlfriend has a 2004 ponitac grand prix, when i drive the car i have no problems, when she drive the car, she told me it cuts off sometimes when first starts is up. Well today her check engine light came on, so i asked her when was the last time she had a oil change and she told me it was like 6 months ago. So neverless the engine has no or vey little oil in , could this be the reason why it cuts off when she starts the car up? I know on some cars, the car will cut off if the computer reads their is no oil in the engine.

I have a gas tube luminaire fluorescent light that goes in the ceiling can i make it a plug in light?

The light it self has 3 small fluorescent bulbs and 3 ballasts on it all the wires connecting the bulbs and ballasts are connected but there are wires coming out of the back of the light that I have no clue what to do with now all the wires look the same almost they all have black rubber tubing. 1 wire comes out of each ballast and then connct together and they have copper looking ends and then there is a wire that comes out of each bulb that connected to nothing what do I do from here please help

I'm a 30 yr old female. Since January I've had bad lower abdominal pain. In the ovary area. They've found several small cysts. Pain is getting worse again. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance with a $2500 deductible. My doc wants to do a hysterectomy. I'm ready for it because we are moving out of state in 3 weeks. I have family here to help with my kids before we leave. Got a call the other day telling me that i have to pay my deductible up front before they will do the surgery. I don't have that money. I'm in a lot of pain and when I move, I have no help. Should I go through ER for abdominal pain. Treat it like it could be appendicitis so maybe they'll admit me for surgery? Maybe then they'll remove the cysts without me paying the deductible up front. Do you think that would work? Any advice on how or what to tell the doc? I'm desparate and in lots of pain.
