5 or 6 year old masturbating? How can you explain this?

I have been masturbating since I was 5 or 6 and I think back like WTF is wrong with me where would I even get that from I didn't get molested or anything idk how I woul even know how to ofcourse I couldn't get har so I would lay in my stomach and rub my with my hand it is weird I know was I just born a perv I don't want to be this way how can you explain why I would even do that I ave thought about it for a long time and can't think of anything and it dosent help that I'm 19 and addicted to what s wrong with me
