WTF IS THIS??????!!???? D:?

everytime i have a sore throat/throat infection (like now), and i gargle water and spit it into the sink so i can check it, it has orangey pink-ish (sometimes a little red in the middle) lumps in it? Fairly big sometimes, and it looks kind of like skin? What is it? ?!! :S
