Wizard101 Castles - I need help choosing?

I can't decide which castle I want more, Desert Villa, or the Metropolitan Manor. I love how much space is in Desert Villa, but I love the look of Metropolitan Manor - it looks like a real-life house. Try to convince me to get whichever one you think is best. P.S. I am not gonna buy both. Thanks in advance.
