I need a programming language for games & windows?

I want to be able to make quality rpg games without cheezy looking graphics. I also need that language to be able to make easy mouse click on menu's with like, " Options, Start, Back, Quit " or whatever I need? I used VB before, but I'm not familiar enough with the coding part yet. And learning C++ would be a mind boggling experience, seeing I know nothing about it...I wouldn't even know where to start? I'm familiar with Qbasic, but that's just useless...RPG Maker is the easiest tool for games I've ever used in my life, but the Games I could never sell I've been told. I wan't to make MONEY, not waste my time spending my life doing usless junk?
