Would the fear of not ping keep a true transual from transitioning?

I don't give a rats *** if I make a pretty woman or not. I also wouldn't care if I was the hottest guy in the world to start with. My desire of having a woman's body outweighs my desire to look good. Besides I'm aromantic.
