Does my dog have worms?

I took my 8wk old yorkie to the vet on monday because she was scooting her and she was hacking like she was trying to throw up worms & had a runny nose & discharge from her eyes along w/ loose stool. The vet said she was healthy. Her fecal float and smear were clean and she just gave me meds to make her poop firmer and an antibiotic. However its been almost 5 days and the runny nose and discharge from her eyes is gone but hacking still there. A rescue dog of mine did this and she was trying to throw up worms. There is nothing in her poop I have already checked.
