Starting up a pool hall in SW Missouri; More questions...?

I have the location eyeballed, in the heart of town. I have a sketchy business plan started. Where do I go to find beer and wine wholesalers (when I get my liquor license) and food vendors? How do they work? Do I pay them to be in my establishment or does their product pay for itself? Any ideas how to make my pool hall more interesting, like having game consoles or a karaoke machine? Any good places to get inexpensive, in great shape pool tables and coin operated machines? Any other advice? All appreciated.
